You must be 21 years of age or older to use this website. We restrict Lil Leaf USA’s tobacco-branded website to individuals who have certified that:

  1. They are consumers, retailers, or wholesalers;
  2. They are 21 years of age or older; and
  3. They want to be added to our brand contact lists to receive content, offers, and advertising from Lil Leaf USA and its affiliates.

We independently verify that you are 21 years of age or older before granting access to our websites and adding you to our brand contact lists.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect information from you and your devices. We also receive information about you from third parties.

We collect information you provide to us:

  • Registering with our websites: When you request to join the Customer Sign Up, we ask you to provide personal information to verify your age and identity, and to communicate with you. Personal information you may share with us includes:
    • For verifying age and identity: your name, address, date of birth, and if applicable, the last four digits of your Social Security Number. We may also request additional information from you to assist us with verification.
  • On our website: Upon completing the Customer Sign Up process, we may ask you to provide information such as product, brand preferences, retailer Loyalty IDs, or other survey data. In addition, we may ask you to provide your telephone number or communication channel preferences.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

  • Our Affiliates. We may share your information with Lil Leaf USA’s affiliates that market tobacco products.
  • Others Working for Us. We may share your information with third parties that perform services on our behalf, including running our website, sending communications for us, performing age and identity verification, and executing marketing programs and promotions. When we contract with these third parties, we do not permit them to use or disclose your information for any purpose other than the work they are doing on our behalf or as required by law. However, in limited exceptions, we may share your information with these third parties without an ability to contractually restrict how the third parties use the information. For example, we use Google ReCAPTCHA to limit fraudulent activity on our website and we use Google Maps to help you search for retail locations.
  • Other Third Parties. We may share your information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) if we believe there has been a violation of our website and mobile application policies, (iii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or (iv) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent injury, harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing communications from us, click on the “Remove Your Name” link located on the Login Page of this website or call 1-866-275-7687. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing messages, we will still send you messages about your questions and your existing or past business relationships with us.

Your Browser Settings.

Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools.
